Rewinding and Testing Line is used for wire rewinding Pay-off device reels (UO-01 machine non-inertial type) on Take-up device reels or coils (SNK01 machine pintle type). Layer rewinding is realized with required wire tension and constant take-up reels revolutions per minute.

Equiment  specificities:
Easy in service and reasonably priced equipment for secondary operations.

 

Emergency stop can be generated by operator in case of  line's alarm conditions, or it can be generated in automatic mode, in case of cable breakdown,  voltage reduction or total power disconnection in one line section, and at detecting by spark tester.
